Triumphant Son of Love and Glory!

I know you are the victory,

Triumphant Son of Love and Glory!

Your eyes shine love from Your heart

Your mouth speaks truth; whole not part.

Your work complete, rest is ours

Spirit over flesh, disarming old powers.

My flesh is weak but your Spirit willing,

My mind is stirred from Your holy filling.

Through each failure He is there,

Reassuring me of a future clear.

I turn and look and yield again

Toward my Saviour who calls me friend.

Each day in battle, His strong, sure hand

Fighting,  gaining valued land.

I cannot try, my works are dead

I look to Him my Source, my Head

My eyes transfer from shame to Grace

Love’s patient smile upon His face.

I know you are the victory,

Triumphant Son of love and Glory!

A Foot in the Door…

n-polygamy-628x314When posting ‘A Normal Family?’ yesterday, I was in shock more or less for this to be on national TV here in NZ, utterly flabbergasted as it seemed so wrong on so many levels!! The following night NZ Hub’s –Story visited and filmed the family in situ. It continues to generate a lot of heated discussion on their Facebook page, with some good comments for victim support present. Public shock factor has definitely made it a winner for Story. During and after the ‘home visit’ video the following night, much discussion was had within our family. An awful sense of a door having just been opened… beginning the machination of public acceptance…  Continue reading

Ezer Kenegedo 3

echoes of confirmation

Then the LORD God said, “It is not good for the man to be alone; I will make him a helper suitable for him.” Genesis 2:18 NASB

UnknownIn looking at the meanings of ‘helper suitable’ and ‘alone’ within the Genesis 2:18 text, and using their root words to understand the strength and weakness explicit in their meanings, we need to be able to confirm this in the wider scripture. There must be other verses or portions of scripture elsewhere confirming what YeHoWaH has purposely placed there for us to know. If there isn’t, then this is an isolated, unsupported and therefore incorrect understanding of these words.

To recap, I am presenting ‘ezer kenegedo’ (helper suitable) with the meaning being understood as: a strong/efficient help/aid to rescue/save by -both presence and voice, standing opposite the man to oppose, praise, declare, expose… speaking thus into his life. In the best Continue reading
